
We are thrilled to kick off our very first blog post with some fantastic news from the kitchen.
Every few months, in Chagford and the surrounding areas local magazine Oke links gets popped through everyone's letterboxes. Hands up, do you read it or do you give it a quick flick and toss it in the bin. Well, if you are interested in hearing some kitchen secrets from our Head Chef Ollie, give his seasonal articles a read as he has become the Food columnist for Oke Links!
Ollie has always been passionate about food so it is so exciting he is able to share his stories, insights, and some of his favourite recipes with our local area.
In his new role, Ollie will be focusing on food articles, with this months published piece he is talking all things Rhubarb, a seasonal favourite of ours! His articles will explore the delightful flavours, recipes, and culinary traditions associated with this versatile ingredient. We are incredibly proud of Ollie's achievement and can't wait to see the wonderful articles he will contribute.
